Extremely great customer service with Lordell and Mark! I wasn’t sure who to call for help in my situation but I was told that Bio-One of Brandon was the people to call! They arrived with the most humbling approach given my very sensitive and delicate situation. They were prompt, professional, and extremely polite! I would recommend Bio-One of Brandon to anyone.

I just want to say how great their services were. I hired them for my sister who has mental health issues and struggles with hoarding and cleaning up after herself. She hasn’t let anyone in her home for the last 2 years due to the clutter and stench. lordel and mark had the upmost respect and professionalism for our situation and cleaned up her home with no issues. We almost couldn’t believe it once we saw the floor of my sisters home and the stench was GONE. What we thought was impossible was done in the most respectful and clean way. They really came in and made a difference in my sisters life. I would recommend them above any other company.

This crew was amazing! Friends bought a home including the contents and we quickly realized that we were in over our heads. I highly recommend this company! They have provided phenomenal services. I cannot express my gratitude for how much the Bio-One team has helped through recent hardship. Tomas and Lordell's empathy and "I'll take care of it attitude", really promoted a positive transition through such a difficult time. I purchased a sell "as-is" condo that is relatively aged and was in need of a lot of TLC. After closing on the property, I started moving in things on my own and realized there was a strong odor. I contacted Bio-One and they came for a consultation on the same day and was able to identify and eliminate the smell. The smell was completely gone within 24-48 hours. They also provided education on different products that can help with neutralizing any odor for any future issues. Additonally, Tomas and Lordell went beyond their duty of their job by voluntarily moving in big appliances and ensuring proper installation through out the home. I highly recommend this company to any realtors and future home owners who may need help with clearing, cleaning and neutralizing any houses. Mark and bio one did amazing job for me! A family member of mine passed away in her house back in the fall. She had been I'm failing health both physically and mentally in the last few years. She was a hoarder and never threw anything out for quite a while. Needless to say the house was in total shambles. There was also dead animals in the house. It was a overwhelming sight to see. They responded very quickly . These guys did amazing job of cleaning it up! Two full dumpsters of house waste! They can handle any situation as far as I'm concerned! I highly recommend them!
